Visiting the OfficeWhen you arrive for your appointment, we will enter your medical and insurance information directly into our computer system as we are in the process of eliminating our paper patient records. Our computer system creates an electric medical record to keep your file safely stored. Your doctor can now quickly access your medical records and make pertinent updates during your visit. This advanced system also reduces the confusion that can occur with billing and medical insurance. If you would like to fill out to fill out some of the necessary paperwork and patient information forms before arriving, then there we have made them available online. When you come to our office, please remember to bring the following items:
AppointmentsWe try to make all appointments convenient for you, and at the same time, consistent with the doctor's schedule. In addition, every effort will be made to accommodate changes to your appointment if necessary. Please notify us as early as possible when you need to change your appointment. Please do not try to schedule appointments outside of regular office hours (9-12 noon, 2-5 pm). We Offer Same Day Appointments.
