Located at 3550 University Boulevard South, Suite 302 in Jacksonville, our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 PM. We have two other offices at 11701 San Jose Boulevard and in St. Augustine at 16 St. Johns Medical Park Drive. We also accept appointments at 11513 North Main Street, Jacksonville and First Choice Medical Center at 550 Wells Road, Orange Park. At Baker-Gilmour we emphasize prevention, as well as, Diagnosis and treatment in a state of the art facility. We maintain an active research team so that we stay on the cutting edge of new theories and interventions. An advanced computer system allows Baker-Gilmour Cardiovascular Institute to safely keep accurate medical records of each patient. We provide a variety of services, including: peripheral vascular intervention, EECP, and electrophysiology.
